Hello, everyone! Call me Bunny or Bun. I'm new to DW. I'm still figuring out who's active and how to interact with people, so please forgive any awkwardness. I was too young for LJ back in the day and have mostly been a forum user, so the DW community will be interesting to learn!

Most of my posts are friends-only, but it's ok to ask for access by commenting here.

Public posts:
  • Currently reading ("Progress on...")   and Finished Reading ("Finished... & Thoughts")
  • Challenge posts (Snowflake Challenge)
  • Bingin' Buffy ("Season # thus far up to..." and "Season # Wrap-up") and maybe other television recaps in the future
  • Plot bunnies and general writing
  • Tea time posts

Friends-only posts:
  • Personal/life stuff
  • Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and roleplaying/tabletop gaming
  • BJDs
  • Pullips
  • General doll stuff

My AO3 account is [archiveofourown.org profile] bunny_boo. (Many thanks to [personal profile] hat_writes_stuff for the invite code!)

Hello! Welcome to DW I hope you enjoy it. (And don't worry about awkwardness, I was awkward too when I first started using this site but everyone is so nice)

Hi! I saw your post in [community profile] addme, but I always think it's a bit more personal to bring first interactions to a journal. That way if we become good friends, we can look back at this thread and laugh about it.

We share a lot of interests (true crime and video games to start with) though I'm very interested in watching your BJD journey. I like to collect various things and while BJD are of interest, they would be sooo hard for me to transport when I immigrate so I will stick to admiring the care others place into their own.

I saw that you had posted about it. What a cute one to be picking up... I didn't even know they made BJD of animals so it's really sweet to see.

I collect enamel pins, acrylic charms, figurines, bags, and my weakness: cherry blossom releases from Starbucks. Taiwan and Korea always have the cutest little designs so I love buying them LOL.

Older enamel pins are so much fun. I have a few from my grandpa that were also promotional things (cigarette companies, I think a couple from IBM where he taught at, etc) so it's been awesome to see them make a come back.

The cherry blossom stuff is a weakness for sure. I love cute accessories like that.

Hello! Just thought I'd say hi - found your journal through the latest things page :) I've been here maybe half a year now having been a tumblr user for years, but DW has been enjoyable for me so far and I hope you like it too! Your reading list looks interesting too, as much as I like reading I don't think I've read anything on there!

Hey, checked out your journal after the hilarious guinea pig pics. lol I'm new to DW too. Been using it since December, though I had a different one where I only ever uploaded exchange letters. I like the calm vibe here. I've read a bunch of the books on your reading list for the year and would be interested in hearing your thoughts on them as you progress. I'm not doing Inking It Out, but I also have a 75K goal for Get Your Words Out this year. Want to add each other?

I am doing better right now. It was not the best of the best. I needed to leave for a time.
