40k+ Words!

I can't believe I got over the halfway hump and am at 41,730 words this year. That's incredible! I'd like to thank my lengthy, quote-filled Frankenstein posts and my ramblings about The Lord of the Rings most of all. Heck, I've even done some original writing in the past month. Yay!

Inking It Out Challenge Update 1

 I made it to 5,000 words! Most of those were journal entries, but I'll take it. I'm honestly proud of myself. I'd like to do some non-journal writing, specifically working on my original short stories. I've got a while to do that though.

Incidentally, this post won't count towards my words. That feels like cheating.
